Bareboat sail Greece . Fyly yachting is offering the sail yacht Bavaria 36 for your bareboat sailing holidays in Greek islands through our five bases around Greece . The Bavaria 36, , packs a lot of punch for its size. All lines are led back to the cockpit for simple sail handling. This three-cabin design is perfect for the charter trade and larger families. The saloon seats six guests comfortably. Plenty of storage space and superior joinery complete this fine vessel. ACCOMMODATION: For a family cruiser that delivers three private staterooms and saloon seating for half a dozen, such performance is noteworthy (not all high-volume cruisers kick up their heels). The Bavaria’s sprightliness comes from weight-saving features (the boat is 1,500 to 4,000 pounds lighter than many same-size cruisers) and a sailplan-and-underbody synergy that makes the boat fun to drive.
The all-teak cockpit (teak side decks are an option) is comfortable, and sailhandling gear is high-quality and well located. On-deck safety is adequate. Under power the Volvo diesel with sail drive and a 2-blade propeller drives the boat at 7.5 knots.
The Bavaria 36’s interior has some significant departures from the "American-standard" layout, such as the fore-and-aft galley located in the saloon (a high-traffic area). The dinette is generous with legroom, and the table is sturdy; table down, the boat will sleep six. The forward and aft staterooms are roomy, but the boat’s interior styling is plain (touches like Italian designer faucets help). The head is both sized for real people and usable in a seaway.
