.The steps followed in a bareboat chartering a FYLY boat are:
Provide FYLY with the type of boat desired, the exact dates of sailing , and the number of people in the sailing group.
After receipt of the above amount we mail you the Greek contracts as well as our Boarding Book instructions. Upon receipt of the Greek contracts the remaining balance of 35% of the total charter fee is required . Within the time indicated by FYLY invoice.
The booking is confirmed immediately upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of the remaining fee is due at embarkation before the boat leaves port. Charters start the day in at 17.00
THE AGREEMENT
The document signed by the chatterers and FYLY YACHTING & PARTNERS is the official contract. (Click here to check the Greek contract )
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Food and drinks.
- Diesel fuel and fresh water.
- Mooring, marina and canal fees, if any.
- Clients personal holiday insurance's, if any.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- The full boat use of the yacht and equipment
- Client linen, towels and blankets.
- V.A.T 4%
- Yacht's marine insurance.
The boat will be delivered with full diesel fuel and fresh water tanks. On redelivery clients will have to return the boat in the same condition or pay for any differences.
CANCELLATION POLICY Â a) For bookings canceled between 90 and 60 days prior to embarkation, full return of the paid amount (except for the EURO 300)b) For bookings canceled between 60 and 30 days prior to embarkation, 50% of the paid amount (except for the EURO 300)c) For bookings canceled less than 30 days prior to embarkation, 100% of the paid amount (except for the EURO 300)FYLY YACHTING will return the cancellation fee, if the canceled boat is rechartered for the same period, under the same conditions
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit depending on the size of the yacht, will have to be left with the company prior to departure, which will be refunded at the end of the cruise provided that no damage/loss has occurred to the yacht and equipment.
INSURANCE
All FYLY boats are insured against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery, and equipment. There is deductible provision, the amount of which is related to the size of the boat.
SAILING QUALIFICATIONS
When chartering a barefoot, the skipper of the group must demonstrate competence in off-sore sailing and include at least one experienced crew member in the sailing party with similar qualifications.
