A WORD FROM YOUR HOSTESS
My name is Nadia and I was born in 1975 and raised in Sunny South Africa.
After matriculating I studied Stress Consulting through the British School of Yoga. On completion of my 3rd year I obtained a Diploma in Stress Consulting. My key subjects were Psychology, anatomy, meditation, relaxation, aromatherapy, massage and yoga.
I am now a proud member of the Associated Stress Consultants Organisation.
Through my working experiences I held numerous positions in many fields but gained the most knowledge and insight working in the cellular industry at Nashua Mobile. This is where my career was initiated in dealing with people on a corporate and individual level. For the last four years I have worked with a very focused and dynamic team, attending numerous self-improvement studies, absorbing as much knowledge as I possibly could, also pursuing my interest in Yoga.
On practicing yoga on a regular basis my personal instructor was amazed at my natural ability and passion to apply this phenomenal discipline, this inspired me to pursue a Yoga Instructors course. During this endeavor I realized I could incorporate my working experience with my dreams and aspirations. Since completing my course, I strive to live my life according to the light and insight I have gained. I truly believe passing on some of the knowledge I have gained on to you, could enhance your way of life. What a fantastic way of practicing yoga, surrounded by nature's beauty, sailing the deep blue seas.

AROMATHERPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy massage enhances your health with highly concentrated oils extracted from plants. While massaging, the aroma is released by the increase of heat. Apart from treating illnesses the oils are valued for their gentle, stimulating and calming effects. Therefore I have included this option to enhance the pleasure of your vacation.

YOGA
Doing yoga at sunrise or sunset just sets the mood for the day or night. This ancient art not only helps you balance your body but aids in releasing stress- related tension. Everybody needs to learn how to relax and through this specific technique of Yoga you can learn to achieve your ultimate goal in revitalizing your body, mind and soul.

THAI COOKING
Food is a celebration. It is a pleasurable diversion to while away any spare time. For me Thai cooking is a source of pride and wonder. I will always strive for a balance of flavour, texture and colour in my dishes, creating a complex range of tastes that are both delicate and magical. These meals offer a combination of flavours: sweet, hot, sour, salty and sometimes bitter. Thai food is not only healthy it also tantalizes your taste buds. Should you decide to enjoy a pleasurable meal, your option for either lunch or dinner may consist of the following: (A variation of set menus and pricing will be supplied upon your request prior to booking)

which perfectly compliments the meat.
Stir-fried chicken with basil and chilies
This dish is an excellent introduction to the Thai cuisine.
The key ingredient is "Thai basil" which has a unique flavour
that is both spicy and sharp.
Fried Bananas
A delicious treat incorporating
Bananas, coconut, leachies, honey and sprigs of mint.
