Dimitrios is a very enthusiastic, charismatic and safety minded person and besides his mother tongue, also communicates in very well in English. His hobbies include sailing, fishing and diving.

A graduate of the National Merchant Marine Academy in Greece with a diploma in Marine Engineering, he comes with over 17 years of experience as a 2nd Engineer on-board various ships owned/operated by Royal Olympic Cruise Lines. He possesses all the latest training and certificates required by the international maritime community. Apostolos speaks English and Greek and is married with two children.

A graduate of the local school of tourism with a degree in food service. In the last 15 years he has worked on large private yachts and before that for over 20 years on cruise ships as sous chef and head steward. He specializes in Mediterranean cuisine.

George is a perfectionist, unobtrusive and is accustomed to going out of his way to please his guests. He speaks fluent English, Arabic, French and Greek. He is married with 1 adult child.
